Bye bye Bear
It's been fun, trying a new platform but as I started to look to switch there are just a few too many points of friction.
I'm all about less friction.
Wordpress has many flaws but, and this perhaps just because I've been using it so long, it is largely friction free for me these days.
I'll be keeping an eye on Bear but it's a little too 'back to basics' for me than I'd hoped. Discovering how many changes I'd have to make to my current 'flow' (write in Simplenote, copy to Wordpress, add featured image, post) became too much of an issue.
Adieu adieu and all that.
